Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a client-facing or account management role.
Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and international shipping.
Proficiency with logistics management software (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication andanalytical skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality service. (Changed)
Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to resolving logistics challenges.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of compliance regulations in logistics, including customs and import/export requirements, is a plus.
